"Prior to contracting with Doerrfeld Solutions, we asked for three estimates for the work to be done.  We have twelve units in our association, and all needed to be power washed and stained. Jon of Doerrfeld solutions not only came back with the lowest estimate, he was the only person to notice that some of the units needed to have wood replaced and/or to have screen doors repaired. Gary opened this up and framed in the new door so it would operate properly for years to come.
