"We were affected by a very wide spread hail storm that damaged many of the roofs in our neighborhood. I have to admit that we fell in to the trap of calling All Square out due to all the signs in the neighborhood without doing much research, which is unlike us, but are we THRILLED that we did. The team at All Square could not have been better to work with. At first I was a little nervous with all the signs because I didn't know how they would be able to keep up, but after contacting the office they quickly put those concerns to rest. Then when it comes to the installers they were very fast, clean, and respectful. We used All Square to complete a full roof and gutter replacement and have been singing their praises ever since. My one suggestion would be make sure to call the office if you ever have any concerns as the girls I dealt with were fabulous. Could not be more happy with this company."

"Robert Helms owner of R&R responded promptly to phonecall & was able to arrange a date within 1 week to meet with me to discuss roof tile concerns & provide thorough inspection. Robert is consummate professional - paying close attention to details, concerns & hands on examination of roof. I was impressed w/ his questions re. History of roof repairs & past issues taking in whole picture of status of roof. As long time home owners of older homes we realize the value of maintenance for prevention & repairs as needed for long term stability of a home as well as lowering risk for problems later on . That said - there have been many occasions where a contractor cut corners or didn't relate essential info only to have problems down the road . Most appreciative Robert noted we had no drip edges on garage ( no wonder we had recent wood damage / rot after last roofers work) and suggested installment. He also problem solved how our painters could get up to 3 rd level dormer assuring their & the roof tile safety. "Great service, true to their estimate and what they would do. We moved into this house and the first time it rained we found out the roof leaked. After a failed attempt to fix the roof, we called South Bend Roofing. The worker came out and showed me exactly what he would do and showed me the underlayment they would put under the shingles and up under the siding. They backed up their work and called after the job was done to make sure everything was okay. Haven't had another leak yet, even after all the rain we have had the past few days! Very happy about that."

Terry made several suggestions for improvements over the existing roof. He even made an extra trip to my home just to select the best color for the new trim and to check that it would fit correctly. The job required communication and coordination among suppliers, services, roofers, as well as me, the customer. The fact that the project proceeded smoothly speaks for itself. The crew on the roof pointed out a couple of moisture issues with the wood under the old shingles, and quickly repaired the problem areas. "I placed a call at 8:30am on Monday, July 9th. At 11am, Lee Mathew from Expert Roofing and Basement Waterproofing was at my door. He performed a thorough inspection - both inside my attic and on the roof and quickly diagnosed the cause of the leak. He provided me with photos that I can use with my builder to have a long term repair - and even took the time and materials to seal the base of the chimney (where the leak is) with sealant. Great professional service and outstanding advise on how to repair this long term. I couldn't ask for better response!"
