Two flights of stairs at the first, two flights at the 2nd. Brought everything to the final location and individual rooms per instruction. Literally laid out the red carpet, everything padded + shrink wrapped. They even went the extra mile to assemble a bed frame at the end of a long day."

"OMG! THE BEST MOVING COMPANY EVER!!! My parents in their mid 70’s decided it was time to move back home to Ohio after they both survived a nasty experience with Covid. We had received multiple quotes. Alvin was by far the best price price of all the competition. His crew of four young, strong men all under the age of 28 came exactly as promised. Pedro even called me to let me know they’d be 16 minutes late due to traffic. Seriously? What other service company does that? They took extra care with everything, shrink-wrapping all the furniture, pictures, and lamps. They came prepared with extra boxes, shrink-wrap, packing materials, tape and markers. All four guys were from Brazil and seriously the most courteous, friendly, hard-workers you could ever be so lucky to find. These guys were amazing!!! We made sure to stock the fridge with lots of water bottles for them and they were very appreciative. Things took longer than expected since we weren’t fully packed before they arrived. They were awesome and packed up all the stuff we didn’t have time to pack. They had everything packed and ready in record time. Then they drove over 3 hours from Millersburg Indiana to Fremont Ohio, over 150 miles, right after a really bad storm. They delivered to our storage facility and the power was out due to a tornado! They waited patiently as we manually opened the gate. Then they spent over an hour unloading everything. Pedro, Paulo, James and John were all amazing workers, great people overall. I seriously am can not recommend hiring Alvin and his super team of the hardest workers on Earth! Hire him today!"

"We are senior citizens and we recently used O'Sullivan Moving & Storage for a little more than a 10 mile move across Oakland County. We've made quite a few moves over the years, so we've worked with different moving companies, but this was the first time with O'Sullivan. WOW!! They were incredible! Three men, Wali, Jamawl, and Larry, were our movers. They were outstanding! We have a 7 foot dining table that is solid stainless covered with glass. We didn't think ANYONE would be able to move that table. Wali disassembled our leather sofa in order to get it down a narrow staircase and then reassembled it. We didn't even know that was possible. They wrapped everything, took the utmost care with our stuff, and they did it all so fast we couldn't believe they were done. Needless to say we highly recommend O'Sullivan and, if it's possible to get the same team of Wali, Jamawl, and Larry, we highly recommend them.
