Once we gave the go-ahead, Jim took it from there. They kept me updated as to the status of the city permits, as Omaha was backlogged. The crew performed their work in a timely and professional fashion. They were very respectful, personable, dedicated, and their workmanship is top notch, as is the quality of the materials. I am very pleased with my larger, beautiful, and SOLID new deck! I'm also extremely pleased with Jim and the crew at Premier Exteriors! I would definitely hire them again for future projects. We take a different approach to things and like our customers to have comfort, confidence and piece of mind. So unlike other contractors we don't typically ask for 50% upfront. We typically bill in 1/3's. Some jobs will require all material be paid upfront with 1/3 of the labor. So 1/3 upfront, with 1/3 paid in the middle, and the final 1/3 at the completion of the work. For complete remodels, renovations, basement finishes, and new construction we offer a free air duct cleaning when we are done with the job. This is not just our way of saying thanks, but also for health reasons for our customers.

"I've owned seven homes in 4 different states. None of the homes built anywhere near this century and most closer to the turn on last century than the turn of this century. As a result, I have worked with more contractors than I care to count. Some were good, some were ok, some were awful but one, and only one was OUTSTANDING. We interviewed 5 companies and settled on Home Solutions of Nebraska for our most recent project. Justin helped coordinate every part of our project, even those that technically weren't on his contract. Roofing, painting, siding, gutters, repair work, garage installation and told us how we, the husband and I, could fix a water issue that we were having in our garage. Justin responds to texts fast! I never once wondered if he was "ghosting" us. He found ways to save us money, when he easily could have charged us more for, technically what we asked for, a more expensive solution . We had no problems with his crew. The jobs were done in the approximate time and timing that we initially agreed on (those that were in his control). Also, he's a good guy that we enjoy chatting with generally. Our work was completed this summer and we are extremely happy with it and the cost was not outrageous. I'm writing this now, because we have over a dozen things around the house that we planned to do ourselves but after 4 years and loads still not even started, we decided to just have Home Solutions take care of all of it.
