"The gentleman who showed up was prompt and very courteous, but unfortunately that was the only positive thing I can say.He was here for 40 minutes, charged me 200 dollars and told me he couldnâ t fix it in my garage, because the oil was sludge and he may or may not be able to fix it, but he would have to take it back to the shop and it would cost me 80 dollars an hour to try to fix it.When I gave him a check for his time and asked for a receipt, he looked at me like I was asking for a kidney, and wrote something down on apiece of notebook paper, which was supposed to be a receipt.It was not an invoice with the company name or any reference to their business license.I later received an explanation from somebody in the office, that they would send me an invoice for the work done.I have never had any contractor not present a proper business receipt to me when I have given them a check, prior to this."

He showed up on time discussed exactly what I needed and quoted a very reasonable price. The job was wiring power outlet and cable pass through for a new TV. TV was actually delivered a week earlier then originally planned and Tom was willing to come out the day before delivery so Tv could be installed day of delivery. The work was neat and professional done and I am very happy with the final result. I highly recommend Tom for all your electrical needs, if I could have given him 6 stars I would have."

He insulted me, calling me a nag, saying he thought I had moxie, an idiot. Just to name a few. He also commented with vulgar comments about my husband. He threatened myself, my husband, and my young children. A police report will be filed due to the scariness of this interaction. "
