"I had a jug of the recommended product, which Mr. Dexter used to spray the entire roof--not just the bad sections. He expertly corrected a downspout position to direct rain into main gutter. Two gutter covers were replaced with white-painted, seasoned wood, which were cut to the proper shapes. A deck board was fastened securely. Mr. Dexter plans to return to inspect his roof work. If additional roof treatment is needed, there will be no additional cost for me. [I had contacted 2 other roofing companies, which were recommended by Angie's List. One company did not respond. A 2d company gave a $930 estimate, which did NOT include spraying the roof for moss/algae.]"

"I recently had FRS Roofing install a roof on my home. I was impressed with the way they conducted business, and I am very happy with the finished product. One of their salesmen, Joseph Costello went on my roof and filmed the issues he saw that needed attention. He showed me a video on his computer of the inspection he had just completed of my roof. He then showed me his suggestion of what should be done and also had samples of the materials that FRS would use on the roof replacement. I was impressed with the materials that would be used and chose FRS to replace my roof. I watched the roofers replace the roof and perform the work and cleanup. "Pellegrino Construction did an excellent job on our roof.  While it has only been a few weeks since completion, we are very pleased with the work.  Mike P. was very responsive and professional throughout and answered all of our many questions. We would definitely recommend them and use them again. 
We first had Mike come and assess whether we could repair a leak.  He indicated he could likely repair it for a reasonable cost, although there was no guaranty the fix would work,  He was the only roofer we saw who was wiling to try to fix the leak before replacing the roof.  He also explained why we would soon need a new roof and let us now that we could likely wait a year or two, with minimal risk (this was the consensus among the roofers we spoke to).   Among the roofers we spoke to, he did not oversell the need for a new roof and provided an excellent explanation of the various issues.  We decided to replace the roof now to be sure to fix the leak and not worry about a problem in the next year or two.  Mike was flexible on using the materials we desired (within the constraints of the mfr. warranty) and on timing.  Compared to the other roofers we spoke to, Mike's pricing was a positive as well. 
His team also cleaned up well and pointed out how they accidentally damaged an end cap on our deck.  Mike immediately repaired the damaged end cap and has been responsive after the  job as well in answering a question or two of mine.
