We were looking at metal roofing first and learned quickly that these folks know a lot about the options, potential issues and installation. Ultimately we went with CertainTeed asphalt shingles due to supply chain price increases for metal, a limited color selection, and because I tend to walk on my roof for a few reasons. On the 1st scheduled day the crew arrived on time and ready to work. They hung tarps and netting to collect all debris and protect shrubs , etc. They moved fast and efficiently with a big enough crew to clear old shingles and start installing new by mid-afternoon. At the end of the day they cleaned everything up, and I do mean everything. By end of day two they were done, once again cleaning everything before leaving. We were very impressed with Global and definitely recommend them for your roofing project."

The crew was obviously very experienced and was very meticulous about their work. The crew chief kept me informed of their progress, any issues they found and how they were addressed. I received the estimate later that day by email and was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable quote and timing was only two weeks and that it would be a two day job. The crew arrived exactly two weeks later and at the end of the first day all of the original roof was stripped and 80% of the installation of the underlayment, shingles and trim was complete. They finished on day two, and after they finished the entire crew did a site walk around looking for anything they had missed. They sent someone over within 24 hours, quickly identified the reason for the leaks (defective installation by a different roofing company), told us the necessary fix and how much it would cost, scheduled the job, ended up coming a week early to take advantage of favorable temperatures, and invited me up on the roof (twice), first to show me the problem and then to take a look at their work once they were done. They honored their estimate even though the job took longer than expected. And the leaks stopped. An A+ experience from start to finish."
