"Well, I asked him to come over and simply put the door in and hang it. No trim. Had a brand new door handle, and lock set for him to put on. He claimed he didn't know how to put the handle on. The door was hung with no shims. He never put any screws into the framing. Simply slam the door and put some nails in it and left. Wish I wouldn't have given him an extra 25 on the check I wrote. I feel I got a little less than I paid for with Jim."

Due to finding plumbing fixtures there I opted to have it all taken down and a dropdown ceiling as replacement to het to pipes if it happens again. and to top it off. Brian walked us through every step of the process and kept us in the loop if any surprises arose. He answered any and all questions we had, and we had a lot! Brian was also great at being transparent about supply costs. The decks he rebuilt are amazing and beyond solid! One of the most important things to us was his professionalism. We’ve had a number of contractors do work for us over the years that did below average work and a few that my wife did not feel comfortable around. The amount of pride and quality Brian put into our home is amazing and the fact that he was so respectful to us as people is the reason we will keep having him back.
