We had him replace siding and all windows, paint outside, a new front door, paint all walls and ceilings inside, replace counter-tops, paint cabinets and trim, remove an interior wall and bar, replace all sinks, add new lighting plus numerous small projects. He checked in daily to make sure the work was getting done properly. We encountered some delays (much of which was out of his control) but he always did everything in his power to make things right. "Based on other reviews here, I hired Pat Ahern to paint the entire interior of my newly purchased two-story townhome. It was about 1900 sq ft with a high ceiling in the entryway and stairwell. We agreed on a timeframe in which the painting would be done so that I could get carpet installed before I moved in. Pat completed the job on time and for the price he originally quoted - which I felt was reasonable. He also came back after the carpet was installed and furniture moved in to do some touch ups. Pat's communication was excellent and I was truly impressed by the quality of his work. I would hire him again with no hesitation."
