"I can't say enough great things about Ron Brandt - super responsive, skilled, conscientious, prompt and bascially awesome.  I had a support post for a wrought iron gate that was rusting out and not supporting the fence. Ron came out and assessed the problem and explained carefully that the most practical (i.e. cost-effective) fix would be to place support arms on each side of the post. These would be sunk into the ground and then welded to the support post.  He was extremely concerned about hitting any underground wiring or piping before starting.  We determined that the the digging would be fine and he promptly scheduled the repair and appeared as promised.  All would have been fine but during the welding, except that electrical wires inside the post heated up and burned out.  This was totally not Ron's fault and was completely a risk of making the repair.  Instead of just walking away and leaving me to try and find someone else to fix the electrical, Ron came back the following SUNDAY no less, to make the repair himself.  He was able to run new wires and effect the repair for only a nominal additional cost which I was happy to pay. That's what I call conscientious. Ron is skilled, pleasant and good at his work.  I only wish I had more things he would be willing to work on.  I would absolutely use him again and give him my highest recommendation."

"He did not charge me because it was just a simple electrical that came separated. He came after work on 100 degree weather and fixed it. He is just really outstanding in air-conditioning, heating and sheeting. I use him all the time and think that he is just really outstanding. I am also just about ready to use him to put in a new air-conditioner. I would tell other members that he knows his work. If I had venting or heating put in I have had no worries what so ever because he totally knows his job. He is also a super kind person."
