"I called Horizon after moving into a new home in Medway and having no idea what condition the chimney was in. They sent a team out the same day! The guys were great - very friendly and professional. They looked everything over, informed us that one chimney needed to be cleaned but the other did not, and some of the brick work was loose on the fireplace floor. I also requested a chimney cap and they suggested strengthening part of the chimney before installing. They provided an estimate within 24 hours and came out about a week later to do the work. Again, they were completely professional, pleasant and somehow despite cleaning the chimney and doing masonry work, did not create any dust or mess in the house. I was so pleased that I asked them to put us on a yearly schedule for routine cleaning. I highly recommend!"

"I called superior comfort, and immediately they sent out a gentleman by the name of Kevin, who was very excellent and did all the diagnostics. He was polite and very knowledgeable of what he was doing. He ordered the parts and explained the problem and gave me options. . After ordering the parts he came with another person by the name of Derek and the two of them worked all day in the cold wind and snow inside and out! ( right after this current snow storm -January 2026 .They finished the job very efficiently were neat and clean and they were concerned about my well-being. Both were excellent workers! I was very pleased with their work and their kindness I would highly recommend these two workers! The company is very lucky to have them both!
