"The handyman did a nice job, however, when dealing with payment and business, Carrie lacked professionalism and communication skills. For that reason, I will not use them again. Thank you Peter for a nice job with the door and drywall work."

"Michael guided us through kitchen and bathroom remodeling with expert advice and consistently wise decisions that saved us a lot of money. He did excellent work and was extremely attentive to us, always willing to meet with us and to oversee deliveries of appliances and materials when we were not available. He is a most compassionate person who truly cares about his clients. We were most fortunate to have found Michael, an excellent contractor and a good man whom we got to know very well and now consider a friend. One cannot do better than that with a contractor."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Paul who installed the cabinets and did refacing was very prompt and every meticulous. he left the work area every night very neat and tidy. We were extremely pleased."

"Yes the work was done. The two guys that came put in 7 windows and two big bay windows in one day. They did not even taken a break. They cleaned up the small pieces of scrap. Then one week later they came back and put in two new doors with the same professionalism when they did my doors."

"Made an appt. with Castle Rep, James, for 17 windows and vinyl siding. He spent 1 hour talking about how great his company and windows are before finally getting down to the issue. We were told that CASTLE makes and services their own window, with all the best technology and technicians available. The price per window for energy efficient came out to over $1,200 per double-hung window! And since they make their own products, we could not find a way to compare quality and price with other manufacturers. But his per-window price exceeds the average price of $500-700 by A LOT! When we balked, he made a call to his "manager" to see if we qualified for a "special promotional" discount. If we were to commit right there on the spot, we would get an additional 10% off! Still way to high. We said we would think about it (he got sad and snippy), and that we wanted to hear about the vinyl siding quote before we made any decisions. He told us he could not give us a siding quote until his company did an "eagle view" measurement, which would require another appointment! We had no intention of sitting through ANOTHER high-pressure appointment. High pressure, long-drawn out presentation and he would not leave us with anything in writing! No brochures, prices, nothing! He refused to put anything in writing and we could not have a break down of labor and costs. I even asked him if I could have a copyhh of the window warranty and he said "only if you purchase right now." And they did not come prepared with references or previous job locations! When we further researched the company, we found they did make very excellent products, but the #1 complaint was by far that they did not honor their lifetime warranty and that customer service was horrible. In the end, we chose not to do business.."

"The SeaBreeze team removed an existing deck, designed and built a new deck, replaced 2 sliders and installed gutters on my 40 year old Cape Cod home. They provided very detailed estimates and timelines, and were competitively priced. Communicating with them during the project was easy. They responded quickly when I had questions and provided clear and accurate updates while the work was in progress. The deck is really solid and looks great. SeaBreeze stands by their work; when a few deck post caps came loose, they fixed them right away. Also, the sliders fit and work perfectly. All in all, they did a very professional job. I'm very satisfied with the results and have engaged them to do additional work for me."

"Atlas Roofing and construction was truly the most professional contractors I’ve ever seen . They were neat and on time every day . Great price , we got 3 quotes and Atlas wasn’t the cheapest but after the job that Paul and his crew did I would hire them again over and over . Actually we own a commercial building in Weymouth and Paul gave us a great price to install a rubber roof on the 1,000 square foot roof . I no they will do a great job on that as well . Thanks To Paul and his crew absolutely the best contractors ever !!!!"
