"The entire experience from requesting the quote to scheduling the work to having the work done was so easy. The workers were fast, efficient and skilled. Everyone was polite and respectful and were willing to go the extra mile to ensure that understood the quote and was happy with the work. I had a new roof put on and the dormers rebuilt with new cedar siding and new construction windows. Everything was left better than I expected. I am so thrilled with the work that was done, I'm planning to have Casanova Remodeling do all of the work on my home."

"It was not a good experience. They did a good job but it was very expensive. Also, the scheduling was hard. As the job goes they did a good job. As far as their customer service they have a lot to be desired. They were very neat and clean. They took the debris with them and they were fast. I'm not upset with the job. I just wasn't pleased with their customer service. It's not the customer services person's problem - It's the way they set up their process. The coupons didn't apply. It was just not a great experience on that front."
