"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

He helped with moving the furniture out and prepping the room as well as picking out color. Super nice guy who really seems like he cares about his work and business! He was punctual and got everything done really quickly and painlessly, while still doing good quality work. I had some water damage in one of the bedrooms and he took care of and seemed very knowledgeable about what to do. Everything looks great! Great pricing! "The Corrigan team did an excellent job of painting the house. We have had the house painted twice before, but never saw such extensive prep work as happened this time. In addition, rotten wood was replaced and the shutters, some of which had broken and/or rotted, were refurbished. The house now looks like new. In addition, they repainted the floor of the screened porch and the rear stoop, which we did not expect. Our only caveat is that cleanup was not as anticipated. Joe said they would vacuum up the chips and dust, but the most they did was to blow some of the dust under a bush. Over all, I would certainly recommend them to anyone who wants a thorough and expert job done on their house."
