"Concrete was too dry when poured leaving to gaps in the retaining wall. Part of the form buckled during the pour, so there was a bulge in the wall which had to be cut out. Only had one person clean up after the pour so took much longer to complete."

"I asked for a confirmation in writing of price and that they would start the job on Monday after getting an estimate. I received a phone call but no follow up in writing or confirmation that they would be there. After no follow up, we assumed they weren't coming and were surprised when they showed up on Monday morning, June 29, 2015. The work took two days rather than one (which was no problem but I was told it would be done in one day). However, I had to tell them numerous times which trees to cut/trim and still everything wasn't done exactly as discussed. Finally, the TCB Landscaping rep who gave me the original estimate, pointed out some pool caulking work that needed to be done and quoted a price to do it. I requested to have the pool work done at the same time as tree trimming. The owner told me to pay for tree trimming and they would have to wait until following week to do pool repairs. He called the following Monday, July 6, to say that they could come that day to do pool repairs. Owner called back late Monday that it would have to be Tuesday. No show on Tuesday, July 7th. I have since called and spoken to the owner twice and still no pool repair work done."
