"We've used Mr. Estes before and were well pleased. This time he replaced the roof on our house. It was done quickly and efficiently and the clean up was the best we've ever had. There was no damage to our landscaping and we didn't find nails or debris anywhere. His crew also did some minor repairs to rotten footings on the posts in the garage and the fascia on the roof line. Island Roof Repair did an excellent job repairing the flashing on our roof and which had been incorrectly installed and caused some damaging leaks at different points in our roof. They showed up the next day after we called them. When leaving, after inspecting the roof, they gave us a comprehensive report of what’s wrong, what needs to be done to fix it and promised an estimate within 24 hours. They were very accommodating about working around our rental schedule.
