We had already tried the fire company, Animal Control, and other resources to no avail. (Cats can go up trees easily but not down, especially when they are up that high.) A tree climber and the owner of Urban Woodland Tree Care arrived in relatively short order on a weekend and did this for free out of caring and compassion for the kitty and as a good deed to our community, as several neighbors were very distressed by this. I had a very good impression of this company and hope others will consider using their business and will promote them to others in order to support them for this kind act."
