"Hi! Regal Duct Cleaning is great! Julius was super helpful, professional, and explained everything they proposed to do. They arrived at the beginning of my 3 hour start time window which was great. They called when they were about 45 min out so I had plenty of lead time. They checked the whole “air quality” system and gave me a detailed quote before starting the work. They reminded me that the mechanical system also needs to be checked regularly by an HVAC company. I now understand the difference between the two services, what time of year to do each, and how often. They showed me photos of my system before so I knew what they were recommending for cleaning. They showed me photos of my cleaned out system. They gave me easy tips to keep the system at its best between annual cleanings. They were super careful with my things snd came prepared with booties and had them on before I could even get anxious?. So, no rolling up rugs or mopping up winter-time sidewalk salt and water."

"Sara and Larry did an excellent job. This was my first time using a cleaning service and I was very concerned about having it done during the current Corona Virus Pandemic. I was relieved when Sara informed me they wear masks, gloves and shoe covers the entire time they're cleaning. I stayed in the apartment (at a distance of course) and they kept masks, gloves and shoe covers on during the two hours they were in my apartment. I had specific areas that needed extra attention like under the rim of the toilet bowl. I was amazed at the results when Sara finished her fierce scrubbing! Sara left the bathroom sparkling, even added a nice little detail of folding the end square on the toilet tissue roll into a neat little triangle! She also did a great job cleaning refrigerator, wiping down and disinfecting kitchen cabinets and mopping the floor. Larry worked on cleaning a cobweb laden, dirty bedroom balcony into a clean inviting area, paying attention to railings, window and window frame. He did same with a large almost floor to ceiling living room window (inside only) but removed layers of accumulated dirt along window frame. I very highly recommend Bride and Groom with a Broom and will call on them again."

"I wouldn't describe the service as ?superior?. I received a quote for a top to bottom deep clean but wasn't quite ready to book yet. When I did send an email to schedule service, they raised the price by $40, for the exact same services. No explanation, just told me they raised their prices. Ok, it was still a reasonable price for what they said they'd be doing so I went ahead and booked. I spoke with Ana via email on Thursday who said she could have a team out on Monday. I said that would be fine and asked what time. No response. Emailed again on Friday and again on Sunday. Finally on Sunday I received a response asking if afternoon was ok. I said that it was but asked again for a more defined ETA. Didn't get a response until Monday morning that said ?between 9-10 am?. Not sure how that equates to afternoon and I didn't even see the message till after 9. Still, I replied that it would be fine. Finally got a call from Ana saying her team would be there between 12-1. They showed up around 1:30. They had not been briefed on what they were supposed to be doing. I had to show them the breakdown of services Ana had sent me. They did work diligently and did a decent job, but when they told me they were finished, I had to point out that several of the items listed on the sheet hadn't been done. They didn't clean all the baseboards, they didn't do the light fixtures or ceiling fans, they didn't do the doors and door frames, they didn't do all the blinds or the window tracks, all services that were listed on the breakdown I had been provided. I pointed these things out and they came back in and quickly did a few more things, but they still didn't clean all the blinds, window tracks, or the baseboards in any of the bedrooms. At that point I was over it so I just paid them and they left. I should have canceled when I couldn't get a straight answer on when they would be arriving but I really needed this done. For some odd reason cleaning companies seem to have notoriously poor customer service. I was hoping once the crew got in here they?d blow me away but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Again, they did a decent job, but definitely not what I'd consider a top to bottom ?deep clean?."

"They were one of the higher bids, but I was willing to pay more for what I thought would be the best service. The technicians seemed capable and were friendly, but overall I wasn't impressed with the service. The cleaning was performed as expected, and while they removed most of the waste material, they left us a fair amount of soot to clean up. I'm not sure what I expected, but they did not set up anything to contain the soot while cleaning, so the cleaning left a film of soot on every surface of our entire downstairs - which we keep discovering every time we run our hand over any surface (floors, tables, window sills, etc., even on the opposite side of the house from where the work was performed. After the inspection was complete the technician tried to sell me a flue liner and repairs that he said would cost $20,000."
