"STAY AWAY!!!! This Company cancelled the initial estimate on me 3 times making me drive 90 minutes to the property each time. They finally showed and gave me the typical hard sell "if you sign the contract today..." They gave us a quote so far over market value we should have walked away. But we agreed because of the "70 year history in the industry" We thought we were buying a service from a company with integrity. They took an immediate $18K deposit on a $55K project. I know, shame on me for agreeing to such an amount. We knew we were over spending, but... One month later, they simply cancelled the contract without explanation and without any work on the project. This contract was binding on us but, in their words, was not binding on them because "there's a clause in the fine print that allows them to cancel" THEY STILL HAVE OUR MONEY and I STILL NEED A ROOF Stay away from this company. No integrity No responsibility Unreliable Over priced Will take your money and keep it"

"Home Systems Appliance Repair did an excellent repair on my 18 year old panel-ready 42 inch Built-In counter depth GE Profile Refrigerator. The original GE tech who looked at the leak in the freezer evaporator a year ago, told me the refrigerator was non repairable because the "vacuum pump" retrofit part it needed was no longer available. After paying his $200 visit fee for a 2 minute consultation, he offered me a discount on a new GE refrigerator to fit which had not been built yet. Fast forward to now, GE does have 42 inch built-in counter depth Monogram side-by-side for $12,000 and $2,000 of Kraftmaid panels. Home Systems Appliance Repair cost me $400 to identify and fix a broken heat transfer tab in the freezer evaporator unit. I saved $15,000 - - not bad for paying Appliance Repair for a 2 hour job. "The service tech came to my home and did an assessment of the issue. Found the leak in the gas line, showed me where it was leaking. He told me what needed to be to fix the leak, gave me a quote, got his tools and started working. The whole process took about 30mins or less and he was done. I checked my burners to make sure the gas was flowing properly. Everything was put back in its original place and there was nothing to clean up afterwards. Great Job. I paid nearly $300 for a technician to come out for 5 minutes, put a snake in the drain and leave.., yet it is now going on day three and the problem still has not been fixed. Two techs have been out to my home. I find this completely unacceptable. When a customer pays for professional service, they should not be left without a functioning toilet for days. I hoped for timely, effective, and professional service, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
