"The company reached out as was available immediately which was great. When they told me they had done the job of clearing the wood piles and power washing the deck, I paid them around 65% of the cost, and then went to look at the job. I found less than ½ the wood cut, several areas that did not get touched, or cleaned up and they didn't finish the power washing job. When I called they talked with me and were going to come look at the job, they never did and after calling back twice, they never followed up. Glad I didn't pay the whole amount. Biggest problem was they damaged part of the deal with the power washer. I would NOT recommend this business! "

Veteran owned business with 28 years of experience performing a variety of repairs with an emphasis on quality. We can assist with surface restoration and repair of most surfaces (furniture, counter tops, cracked or spongy bathtubs, just about anything) mitigating the need for replacement. Bottom line, we can repair or replace just about anything and are ready to help!
"This was one of the worst experiences we have had. We contracted (verbally) with him in May after we received a quote for our projects of $650. He /his assistant did a few projects. He suggested that they come and complete other projects as they had time. We requested they wait until a later date, which was agreeable to them. Once we contacted them again, there was a complete lack of communication and focus on our project. I have text messages that show that he was unresponsive to our communications time and time again. Once he did contact us, he had a huge list of life issues, which were not acceptable as they were his problem not ours (as he agreed). He then set up a final time which he guaranteed but then consequently canceled due to another personal need. I asked for a final itemized bill. When I received it, it was almost the amount he initially quoted. However, the major projects that were quoted were never done. He refused to accommodate this in our bill."
