"Unfair and deceptive business practices. Charged me $7,847.05 to diagnose and rewire 1 circuit. 1 day or work. This is way over fair market pricing. I tried to contact them for a more descriptive contract due to what is shown on the contract, doesn?t correlate to the work performed. I received no reply. A new junction box was not installed. They used the old box. The single room rewire makes no sense. I have no clue what the ?15-20 amp dedicated up to 75ft with access? is at all. The electrician did not show me a final price before charging my credit card for this amount."

I contacted Pacific Lawn several times to correct the invoice and they insisted that I received 3 METAL heads whereas the invoice billed me for 3 PLASTIC. heads. "The company's response time was immediate. My husband has only one day off during the week and they were easily able to accommodate our scheduling concern. They were precisely on time and replaced the outdoor flood light that we bought exactly as requested. They also replaced ballast and bulbs in a fluorescent fixture. They even had a new motion light in their truck that handled another problem that we were having. The parts they supplied were reasonable in cost. We were quoted a per hour labor charge and they stuck to it exactly. Thanks to Steve and John for a job well done. We have more work to be completed and will definitely contact Urbano Electric again."
