"We Got Troy name and called him ,He came out to see the roof at are convene He walked the roof with us.After calling my insurance we made a appointment and Troy came out to talk with the agent, After they left it only took Troy 1 week to get the singles to start. Troy sent us pictures of the job as he did the work. He boards to be replaced. I trust Troy and Recommend him to anyone. "Materials arrived day after contract. Rain delayed start of work. 2 days later the crew arrived at 6:00 am as was promised. All work was completed and cleaned up by 6 pm. The roof looks great. Very happy with Dorman. I highly recommend them. "

"BAUER ROOFING   <br /> The work done on the roof was Very Professional. <br /> The problems we encountered were that:·         <br /> They did not adhere to our request NOT to come during a time that we were out of town. <br />         <br /> They did not call before coming to the house. They would just show up and start working when we were not home. <br />          <br /> Damage was done in Hail Storm May 2014 in Richland Northeast, the roof was replaced in September 2014, and the remainder of the work was completed in March 2015. <br />          <br /> They did not supply an itemized bill for what work was performed.  The bill was just a lump sum of what they wanted to be paid.  <br /> The work was good but the billing and work practices were not what I would expect from a <br /> good company.  <br /> <br /> After sending us the itemized bill, Mr Roy Bauer made an appointment in May 2015 to ensure we had all the billing information requested and discuss the matters listed. He personally appologize for the inconviences.  He realized that there was some miscommunication, during this time of massive number of damaged units, that needs to be changed. He said he was going to make some changes to his business procedures to ensure that this does not happen in the future. <br /> <br /> (Review was updated 08/31/2015. "Wes came out and reviewed. Suggested removing shingles and flashing in the valley to determine where leak was coming from. This included an estimate for replacing shingles, plywood and extending the ice and snow shield further up the roof. It was determined that the leak was due to the flashing not being extended when my roof was replaced six years ago. Also had no problem adjusting the invoice due to not having to replace the plywood sheathing."
