"We were impressed with MJ’s presentation and quick response to our call. We were overall happy with the completed work. About two weeks ago, we noticed that a small area of grass was dying, and the steel edging on the left side of the gate was not completely installed. I contacted MJ, and he said he would install the replacement grass after he ordered it. When a week went by and we did not hear from him , I called him and his call went straight to voicemail but since his voicemail was not set up, I was unable to leave a message . My project was creating additional barrier walls in a home for the PadSplit app. We had to add 3 electrical outlets, as well as connect a clothes washer that required all lines electrical and water to be ran. Budget: initial bid around $7800 + taxes, two owner approved add ons elevated the project around $600.
