"I wasn't very pleased with the service or the materials that they used. Initially, it looked like they were going to do a pretty good job but I didn't like the materials that they were using. I thought they were inferior. They didn't take to heart what I wanted them to do. They did what they would do. It bothered me about that. They talked openly about not really why. I found that the soil that they used was inferior and some of the plants have already died. They were here. There was only two guys who came. It just seemed that they really didn't have a real clue about what they were doing.I think they knew what they were doing but they didn't think I knew what they were doing. That's where the inferior materials come in. The soil that they used was more of the sand than of soil."

"There had been a lot of rain the area prior to the service completion, and the Top Choice office stayed in contact with us, providing updates on when the crew would be able to perform the service. "The estimator was on time and was very friendly.  He took a lot of time to answer questions and explain how they did their work and why. I was sent comprehensive estimates for work.  The estimates were a little confusing as they offer a method of payment that allows you to make monthly payments that are the same dollar amount while the number of lawn services may vary month to month due to the seasonal nature of the work required.  The mowing is going to be a regular service and happened a about a week before the clean up.  The job they did looked good. <br /> For the clean up, they spent all day on it and did a very good job for the most part.  I expected the small dead tree to be removed but it was cut down and still has a jagged little stump showing in the ground.  The yard and bushes look so much better now.  They also were good at cleaning up and hauling everything away.  I'm going to call them to come back out to review with me and then I'm going to have the yard aerated and put on top layer of compost in the yard.  Also going to have them spread mulch in all the beds.  Will post review of those services later. <br /> Overall, very good job done so far relative to other companies I've used.  Other landscaping companies have been much worse in terms of scheduling or doing the work they promise to do, so I'm happy and look forward to working with this company. <br />"
