"Chris bid the job and then showed up on time. Though ground issues were encountered his crew assessed the problem, made adjustments by making the needed repairs and professionally poured and finished the floor all within the agreed price. I couldn’t be happier with the results"

"A different contractor was much more prompt in responding  to my Angie's list request, so I went with them instead of this contractor. No site visit was volunteered, but this was a pretty small project for them.  Nice phone presence. <br />"

"Tanner was awesome to work with! He was quick to respond to the initial project inquiry as well as follow up questions throughout the project. He provided a lot of information and options for our project, which was developing a very long driveway, and offered solutions to fit our budget. The agreed upon timeline was met and done quickly to mitigate the expected inconvenience of having an inaccessible road during the process. We are thankful for Tanner and all the hard work he put into our project, despite the 100 degree temps and smoky days. Would definitely recommend!"

"Slab Jack Geo has to be the best in the business. Jerald came over, provided a quote to make my broken, tired driveway look soooo much better and then came and made it happen. I am elated with the job he did and the price was very fair. He saved me from having to put in a new driveway. I would recommend SJG to anyone in need of some very professional concrete repair work. They exceeded my expectations and I admire the work done every time I get in my car."

FAQs for concrete flatwork repair & resurface projects in Spokane Valley, WA

When evaluating whether patching can address your concrete blemishes, it’s important to assess the extent of the damage. Minor issues such as small cracks or chipped areas may be effectively repaired with patching techniques that restore the surface’s appearance. However, if you notice widespread deterioration, significant cracks, or structural weakening, resurfacing is recommended as a more durable, long‑term solution. A thorough evaluation by a concrete specialist can help determine the best course of action for restoring your concrete to its optimal condition.

The optimal time to resurface your concrete driveway is late spring. This period benefits from warm temperatures and softened ground conditions following winter’s freeze‑thaw cycles, ensuring that the new overlay bonds securely and matures to a durable finish. Resurfacing at this time also enhances your property's safety and curb appeal. Engage a concrete professional to schedule your project during this ideal season.
