"I love my beautifully refinished porch and driveway. They repaired my broken, half painted worn out porch and driveway by balancing and leveling out the natural time created cracks and staining the whole thing for a very consistent and appealing natural stone look. John and his crew repaired and created a natural looking finish with 2 complementing stain colors. John listened to my vision and delivered exactly what we had imagined. They were easy to work with, courteous, professional and very attentive to details. They also cleaned, sanded and sealed my pavers, and repaired an uneven sidewalk on the side of our home. Would hire them again and I do recommend them highly for any concrete services."

Despite cleaning, the patio deck continued to be an eye-sore. Brian went into great detail about the process, color scheme/ design options and pricing. "Outstanding! From first contact with Jason, it was clear that he was skilled at the assessment piece, and also clear in providing information to help me understand the process. He pointed out areas that would need to be re-levelled and /or re-mortared. We discussed options for some broken pavers as well as another area that I had not planned - to power wash and stain concrete. Some areas were added at no charge. The estimate was completed before he left, included Angie's discount...a very acceptable price. Over the course of the next 2 weeks or so, I attempted to compare this with 2 other companies...no comparison! 4 other members of this family-owned and operated business – hard working, no complaining, no cut corners - did the work over a 3 day period (slight delay due to rain) and for me, this project was completed in an 'easy' and stress free manner! Everything was done as promised, including clean up, and the results are beyond what I thought I could expect! From start to finish, I had many questions , all were answered clearly, patiently and in a timely manner. "My experience with Perkins Concrete, from the initial estimate to the final inspection, was very positive. I received 4 estimates to replace the cracked, pitted, sunken concrete floor in my 97-year-old detached garage. Warren Perkins was the only contractor who addressed protecting the building's foundation. Both Warren and his crew were very professional. They arrived on time, and everything went as scheduled. My garage was not a big job, only 400 square feet, yet Warren communicated throughout the process. There were no surprises. As I hoped, the floor sloped very slightly downward to the outside. Also, as requested, the final floor was very smooth and ready for polishing/sealing. See before and after pics for comparison. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. Their workmanship and attention to detail are very impressive. I highly recommend Perkins Concrete and would hire them again."

"Prepared the surface for new coating, by grinding down all layers down to the base concrete, taping and masking all adjacent surfaces, covering the pool, railing and plants; washed and cleaned entire area including walls, screening, and rafters; applied foundation base coat (2 layers), applied coating/paint; created design lines, and finished with speckled coat; removed all tape, cleaned the pool and filters. AMAZING JOB!!! The guys worked conscientiously and meticulously. They were extremely professional, answered ALL my questions, and explained every step of the process. "Being a former Quality Assurance Director, I am known to be very picky with great attention to detail. It's my nature to look at things with a microscope and find the errors. I tried to find flaws with the work of Frank's team and I simply could not. From the initial quote meeting with Frank, I knew his would be the company I would hire. He gave me some great questions to ask the other companies that were providing us with a quote and none of their answers could hold a candle to his. Most important being a competency license and type of paint being used. The two other companies not only had higher quotes, but they also used an inferior paint: Super Paint instead of Duration, which is what Frank uses. When picking our paint colors, we confirmed with Sherwin Williams staff that Duration was a much superior paint, especially given the highly pigmented colors we had chosen. Frank was very patient with us, as approval from our HOA took over a month. Once scheduled, our home was pressure washed one day and prepped and painted the next. We could not be happier with the job of Frank and his team, most notably Rick and his attention to detail. Painting our home was a big investment and we could not be more satisfied with the work that Above The Rest Painters did. It feels like we have a new home, and that is priceless."
