Jonathan troubleshooted the situation and determined the issue was actually five wires wired to the same terminal in the panelboard which over the years eventually caused the problem. He quickly rewired the wires to have each landing on their own terminal point, and the problem was solved for a very reasonable price. It is so great finding a contractor who is both knowledgeable and honest. I have found my electrician for any future electrical issues on my rent houses as well as my own home."
