"Repeatedly confirmed over the phone while making the appointment that the service would be between 8-9 am. Waited until 9 am, and no sign of them even beginning to work in the complex, where they also had other appointments. I called to ask if they were still coming, and no answer. Did not call to say they would be over an hour late, no apology, no advisement of how much longer it would be. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the owner made a derogatory comment. I had plans and needed to get on the road shortly after 9. They showed up at 9:20 and began doing work elsewhere first. I had to cancel the service, and it ruined my entire weekend plans. I would not trust these guys to tie my shoes."

I was lucky enough to See them while they were installing gutter guards on my neighbors home the other day. Being that we were starting to have a garden growing in our gutters, I asked if he could take a look. Now, he could have told me my gutters needed this, or that, to be replaced, etc. instead, he very honestly said â  these are great quality gutter guards. You could probably call the company and they would come out for free to clean them out for youâ  . Well, we always prefer to use a small business, we asked if he could do it. He said he could, if we were sure we didnâ  t want to call the installing company. Do you know he came out the next morning and took care of us for a very reasonable price? Kevin was a complete gem, as was his helper, Sammy. Our gutters look great and operate the way they should, and we are beyond thrilled we used them!"

"Zero Stars! Totally inept! Unreliable and incapable of even showing up! Showed up the first time 6 hours late and stayed 3 1/2 hours and didn't fix the problem then charged me $482 for the labor. Then promised to install a new gas fireplace at a discount and failed to show up for the appointment! Two technicians show up at the rescheduled time and they don't have the new fireplace with them. They returned to the garage to get the new unit and never returned! Called the office to be told that they couldn't do the job and suggested that I contact another company! One of the worst experiences I have ever had to deal with. They should stick to cleaning chimneys! I wouldn't even trust them to do that!"
