"I hired Rickey Cheeks based on reviews in home advisor and I was not disappointed. Rickey sat down with me and talked with me and my husband about what we wanted done. He arranged to meet with us at cabinet store, granite dealer and tile stores. Once we made our selections and told him what we wanted. He gave us a quote. Even with a problem that came up along the way he held his price. The only increase he charged us was for some additional work we asked done outside of what was originally planned. Rickey made sure every cabinet was perfect, returned for replacement one that had a very slight defect that I would never have noticed. His employees were great to work with and were just as focused on every little detail. I have an odd shaped kitchen and they cut down a cabinet and custom fitted it so it looks perfect. He helped maximize my storage space. He did a great job with the lighting and installed hidden LED lighting above and below the upper cabinets so all wiring was in the walls and not visible. He stuck to the time frame to complete the job so my house wasnâ t upside down of too long. Every day the employees cleaned up as much mess as possible and put tools out of the way so we could get around the house. He was a little more expensive than a big box store, but included things they didnâ t even mention to me. He included beautiful crown molding and molding at the bottom of the upper cabinets too. We are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely hire him again if we needed any other remodeling done"

"Ridgetop just installed two eight foot hurricane rated sliding doors for me. Ryan & James dud an excellent, very professional job! They arrived on time and were very careful with their tools and very meticulas with the details of the install. The openings weren't square so it took extra effort to get them installed correctly. I love the doors! The afternoon sun doesn't heat up the rooms like it did. And it was such a good feeling to know if Hurricane Dorian had come this way I only have to lock the doors to be protected. "FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."
