"Mario and his team were excellent. When they arrived they started to work immediately removing the old bushes, trimming existing plants, clearing the beds, adding new plants/bushes , mulch and planting grass seeds. They even fixed a part of my brick wall that was missing some stones. They did a great job!"

Company consists of myself and my son Paul. We have a total of 55 years experience. We do all the sealing work ourselves and by hand--no spray machines. Based in Cincinnati, we take care of the tri-state area but we have expanded our operations to the Dayton area now. Being a family-run business we are able to offer the best customer service possible. The same person giving the estimate is the same person scheduling and doing the actual work. We pride ourselves in the number of our repeat customers. We have been taking care of some customers for over 30 years. The phone number for Cincinnati is (513)828-7325 and the phone number for Dayton is (937)815-8532.
"This is the second time I have had Paul do work on my driveway. He does a great job. He shows up when he says he will, he prepares the driveway, seals cracks and does blacktop, and cleans up afterward. I highly recommend him. Plus, he is a nice person."

Construction and remodeling services.
"Unfortunately I can not give a 0 star review. Kevin was great to work with until he received my deposit. then he quit responding to calls or texts. Always had excuses. Measured windows incorrectly and expected me to be ok with rigging the windows to try to make them fit. Ethical contractors would admit their mistake and re-order the correct size windows. still owes me over $1k. I filed a BBB complaint and Kevin didn't respond to it so his BBB license has been revoked. Good luck if you make the poor choice to employ his services."

The best time to pave a driveway is from late spring to early fall. This period offers ideal conditions with warm days and cool nights that enable materials like asphalt and concrete to properly set. During this season, moderate temperatures enhance curing, reduce thermal stress, and minimize the risk of premature surface damage. These stable conditions ensure that your driveway is installed with optimal durability and longevity.
Maintaining your driveway requires consistent care, including annual sealing for concrete and periodic sealing for asphalt. Regular sealing prevents water penetration, reduces cracking, and protects the surface from weather-related damage. Following a scheduled maintenance routine not only retains the driveway’s attractive look but also extends its functional lifespan and structural integrity. Prompt repairs and systematic upkeep are essential for long-term durability.
Plan on one week from start to finish when you pave a driveway. Crews spend two to three days installing the new surface and another two to three days letting it cure. Concrete and asphalt follow this schedule, while gravel often goes faster. Knowing this timeline helps you arrange parking early and budget without surprises.
Your driveway’s lifespan comes down to the material. Asphalt lasts 20 years, concrete 30 to 40, and paver stones 50 to 100 since you can swap out individual pieces. Gravel can also reach 100 years if you top it up periodically. Knowing these ranges lets you plan maintenance and replacement on your own timetable.
