"They did an excellent job on both the steps and the wall. This job was done on a rental property that I own and they came out and removed the old steps and wall and replaced will all new concrete. The steps were done to my request and even included a side wall. My tenants are thrilled with their new steps and wall. all my tenants and neighbors have told me what a nice job that they did on them. "Was hired to dig up and replace concrete patio...was told there would be no 'bird baths' puddles...needless to say the slab right outside the door will be an ice rink come winter...water does not drain away from the house...this he was told about...never come back to seal and patio had 'boogers' as he called it in the water drainage joints....was called multiple times and never come to fix...made quite a mess at our window well...we built a cover with screen to hide...we were at the point of seeing no integrity and taking the loss and move on...THEN...discovered a hole ...yes a hole.... again he was called said he would come and yet once again ...no call no show....should have went with the first red flag...his FIRST cancellation call to come and look at the job....actually said he wanted to go swimming...too bad...we kept giving him chance after chance to make things right"

"I hired Zach to install a french drain, to plant some trees, and to install a rock bed at the edge of my property. Zach and crew were very timely and pleasant, and the price was right. But after completion i noticed some minor property damage, and some minor issues with the quality of work and cleanup. I'm a reasonable guy and sent Zach a text letting him know my thoughts, hoping to have a direct convo about it. However, I have not heard back from him at all. Hate to not leave 5 stars, but a little extra customer service would have gone a long way here. Here is that text: Hey Zach, just completed the final invoice. Apologies it took me a few days, we were camping with no cell service until yesterday. I wanted to let you know since i believe in constructive feedback, I'm not happy with some of the work done. My fence post was ran into and dented. I'll try to use a crowbar to repair but if that does not work i'll have to order a replacement & install. A bunch of the trees are planted at a pretty strong 30 degree angle instead of being upright. I'll straighten these out. There are still lots of big rocks in the lawn where the rock pile was. I'll take 30 minutes to clean it up. I know it rained heavily after the fresh soil / seed was planted, but some straw would have gone a long way to keep it in place. I'll have to re rake and seed and straw everything. Some of these are small things, but they leave a bad impression, and I wish your team would have just been upfront with me about the bent fence post."

"I never thought I would be excited by concrete work, but..the driveway looks wonderful and the concrete replacement of the grass strip near the street is just what I had hoped for. Gino and his two helpers worked 2 long hard days, jackhammering cement, digging up dirt and grass and wheelbarrellng cement up the driveway. We would recommend him to anyone."

"Matt is a gem! He takes great care in his work which was needed to do the tile work. I looked for four years for someone who would even do the job. Matt was the first one who said he could do the tile work too. Dealing with 100 year old subway tile with pencil line thin grout lines is extremely delicate work and Matt did a tremendous job. The work took about 5 weeks because it was so painstaking. Everything was a challange: The beadboard had been cut too short by someone else so he had to create the baseboards rather then use the ones I had. The original chair rail had been demolished leaving some bad gaps and he had to create a backing for the new rail. There was a huge hole where the tub had been and where they had demolished all the tile to put in the "modern" tub and he had to drywall that so he could even put up the beadboard.  Because the house is 101 years old, things weren't always plum or square. Matt met every challenge.  <br /> I've hired him for more work and plan to keep him busy for awhile yet! He's super nice and and quite a craftsman. He specializes in restoration type work so if you have an old house, Matt is your guy. <br />"
