"I had a problem with the smell coming off a GE combo washer/dryer that I had just bought. I was so worried that "smell" wasn't something you could get help with. I am very sensitive to chemical smells, and this appliance was filling the house with a chemical smell. I went into the shop on Dransville road to get help and after talking with them, they called someone and that person said no problem. The salesperson had me smell the insides of the machines on the floor until we found one that didn't give off any chemical smell. I might have looked kind of foolish sniffing machines, but it was actually brillant. They took the smelly machine back and used the credit for the new machine I sniffed out. Everyone was a s nice as they could have been. Thank you so much, Sterling Appliance!"

"I needed an estimate on multiple appliance repairs. I complete project for one microwave which was the easiest to fix. The second was oven temperature gauge and that will be fixed when pumpkin season/baking season is upon us. The last is a washer past its prime and he recommended replacement vs fixing. "I had excellent experience with Muhammad Talha of QuickFix Pros. He replaced the decking on my existing deck with new premium pressure-treated wood, and I am extremely pleased with the finished result. From the beginning, Muhammad was patient with all of my questions and took the time to explain the materials and installation process. He provided a detailed written scope of work, used 20-foot boards cut to fit so the deck could be installed with continuous boards and no seams, used CAMO hidden fasteners, applied protective joist tape, and addressed damaged wood he found once the old decking was removed. What impressed me especially was his attention to detail and his willingness to work with what I wanted rather than trying to talk me into something different. He and his crew were professional, careful, and left the area clean when the work was completed. The new deck looks beautiful, and the workmanship so far has exceeded my expectations."
