"MY WIFE AND I BOUGHT OUR FIRST HOME IN DEC. OF 2013. AFTER GETTING SETTLED WE WANTED TO START PAINTING THE ROOMS TO OUR COLORS AND CHOICES. AFTER MUCH RESEARCH WE CALLED LOCAL PAINTER R&R PAINTING (RICHARD AND RICH) TO SET UP A VISIT AND GET ESTIMATES. RICHARD SHOWED UP VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL AND WE DISCUSSED WHAT I WANTED. NOW BEING OUR FIRST AND PROBABLY LAST HOME I TOLD HIM THAT I WOULD BE QUITE PARTICULAR OF THE WORK BEING DONE. WE REALLY LIKED THAT THE TWO PARTNERS WOULD BE DOING ALL THE WORK THEMSELVES SO IT WAS DIRECT CONTACT WITH THEM EVERYDAY. THEY WERE ON THE JOB WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE AND WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY CLEANED, PATCHED UP AND SANDED CEILINGS AND WALLS.  THEY HAD QUITE A BIT OF PATCHING THINGS UP AND SMOOTHING THINGS OUT BEFORE THEY COULD LAY ANY PAINT. THEY WERE MORE THAN HAPPY AND WILLING TO DO ANYTHING WE SAW OR WANTED TO ADD DURING THE PROCESS. RICH DID A GREAT JOB ON ADDING STRIPES TO OUR DAUGHTER'S ROOM IN A WONDERFUL PURPLE  WHICH SHE ABSOLUTELY LOVES. RICHARD DID A GREAT JOB IN THE MASTER BEDROOM AND WAS EASY TO WORK WITH WHEN WE DECIDED TO HAVE AN ACCENT WALL ADDED AT THE LAST MINUTE. THE BATHROOMS CAME OUT GREAT AND THE PLAY ROOM AND POOL TABLE ROOM ARE SO NICE AND WE LOVE JUST HANGING OUT IN THEM AND ENJOY HOW NICE AND COMFORTABLE THEY ARE NOW. THEY ALWAYS CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND KEPT A CLEAN WORKPLACE. I WORK NIGHTS AND THEY WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING AND WORKED WITH ME ON MY SCHEDULE. THEY WORKED EVERY SATURDAY DURING THE JOB WHICH SHOWED ME GREAT DEDICATION AND PRIDE TO THE WORK THEY WERE DOING. "We had a fairly complicated paint project with 5 different colors on a shake-sided house with lots of trim.  The body was one color, the trim was another, the doors & tips of the rafters another color, some of the porch was a fourth color and the foundation was a fifth.  Many painters would throw up their hands and refuse to do it or charge a fortune for the changes.  Eugene calmly handled the challenges and his crew did an incredibly careful job - beautifully neat, not cutting corners to save time.  There is not a drip to be found.  They were careful not to paint when the humidity was too high. Their prep work - which everyone says is a key to a good paint job - was also thorough and neat.  They took extra time to prime both the new shakes and also the older, more worn ones.  Windows that needed new glazing, got it, without my asking - they even washed them!   <br /> We have two dogs who came to look forward to Eugene and company's visits and treats every day.  Delta Resource Painting found a bird's nest with eggs under an eave and they gently moved it and put it back when they were done - and the birds are all doing OK. <br /> The house looks great - we're getting compliments from neighbors, and I expect that the job will last a long time. <br />"
