"The first words that come to mind are: professional and pleasant. For the first job, Lucas provided a very reasonable estimate (much lower than another company that we called) . When the job was performed, there were some unforeseen glitches that caused the job to be much more involved than originally thought. He worked through the problems with ease and did not charge us for the extra time it took to complete the job. New panel is great and working well. The second job was much less involved, but still done efficiently and is working great. We are planning to have AVA back to install lighting in our living room. AVA has proven to be reliable, responsive and reasonably priced, I would highly recommend them for any electrical repairs or installations."

"This review is long overdue, but, I wanted to really praise these gentlemen for the work they did for me. Summer 2018, I had previously hired another contractor and the work was very poor and I was forced to look elsewhere to save my project. Then came ISL Progress to the rescue! "I had the good fortune of meeting Gregg from Firefly Landscape Lighting several weeks ago. He is a teacher who loves spending time outdoors when not at school. I had Kicher outdoor lights installed last year. From the first day, I had issues with lights being lighter and darker than each other and others going out completely. Gregg met me at exactly 7am as promised so I could leave for work on time. He was able to tell me within several minutes what was wrong with the system and what he needed to do to get it working. Gregg seemed very honest and knowledgeable and gave me what seemed to be a fair price for the work that needed to be done. I agreed to have him fix the system that day. I left for work and he called me several hours later that the system was fixed and it was. I am only sorry that I did not know Gregg at the beginning of the project so that he could have helped with design, fixture selection and installation. I am sure it would have come out much better."

"Melichar's electrician texted in advance of arriving on time to repair a partially broken bathroom fixture installed by another contractor.  He said he would order the part to repair it.  Several days later Mr. Melichar phoned me to say that parts were not available- we could either order a new light or install parts from another light.  The latter would run up labor costs.  I decided on a new fixture.  He gave me an excellent price and installed it within a week.  The electricians were punctual leaving the bathroom spotless.  Excellent and very professional. <br />"
