Then he noticed a few rips in my screens, so he pulled out his left over screen material and replace this as well. He runs a very honest and professional business. "I had no idea who to go with for our new roof. It seemed after the crazy hail storm everyone was getting replacement roofs. There were as many contractors cruising the neighborhood looking for the roofing job as people that lived in Allen, TX! They were everywhere. What to do? I called my insurance company, State Farm, and asked my rep who they would use. I knew if my insurance company trusted them I could. Lon Smith Roofing is what I was told. You have to trust somebody and I surely wasn't going to give the job to some company with out of state plates and no reputation. I had a great experience with Matt the salesperson handling everything from the start with the insurance company and adjuster all the way through until the job was complete. Mario was the foreman and he actually knew a lot more about getting the work completed correctly than anyone I've met before. 5-Stars and I would and have recommended Lon Smith to my brother who purchased a roof from them and another house we have was completed by them which is a rental unit near by. I personally had a situation where a wrong contractor showed up to my address (got his address wrong), ripped my roof off only to have found out that he was in the wrong address. While this was not TRock's mistake or headache, they still chose to help us out by providing temp roof covers and in parallel worked with my insurance provider to accelerate roof replacement. "Best experience I've ever had with a roofer. I spoke with Rico about a roof leak I had discovered. (It was due to rain for the next 4 days) he told me he could come by at 1 o'clock. He arrived early, went right to work, found the problem and had it repaired in just a few minutes. In addition to repairing the leak he was kind enough to use a broom and a blower to remove all the limbs and leaves off my roof to help prevent water from backing up under my shingles and causing a future leak. In the past I have had issues with several other roofing companies, but this person (Rico) and S.W.A.T Contracting are my new permenant go-to guys.
