"Contacted 911 Garage Door Repair Pros on Friday at Noon & Michael came to analyze our situation in a couple of hours. No pressure to replace our garage door ...... but, he pointed out that, even tho he could repair the dented panel that we called about, our 18-year old doors had rusted springs, plastic rollers, no support strut & worn cables. We decided to replace both doors. Antonio came the following Monday & did an excellent job installing the new doors. We were concerned that the new panels would not match our outside trim but, were pleasantly surprised that they were identical (color & texture).....no painting needed. "I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
