"We had 3 walls of power go out and the electrical panel would not allow to reset the breaker. I called Kill-A-Watt and the gentleman said he would have his men out that afternoon. They ended up running late due to another job they were on but he called me and advised of the situation and that they would be out that day. 2 technicians came out and went right to work locating the problem outlet. Once they found it, they replaced the outlet, and tightened the connection to the main panel which was tripping. They were very nice, explained what they were doing as they went along. <br /> Very professional and efficient. I will be calling them for any future electrical problems! <br />"

"<p>Tommy's crew of 3 performed the job, not Tommy.  </p> <p>The ceiling fan installation and electrical went pretty smooth. Stevie worked very hard to make the light fixture level with the Hunter fan that I had purchased. The master bath exhaust fan also went well. The main bathroom had some issues. When drilling inside the wall for electrical the bit hit a firewall and jumped which caused an unforeseen hole in the wall. Tommy was great and agreed to have the hole/drywall repaired by one of the crew guys as well as matching the paint, as the past owner didn't leave paint for touch ups. </p> <p>The hole for the exhaust fan was cut a little too large causing a gap  between the fan housing and the attic so insulation started falling through. I did ask about this and I was told it wouldn't be a problem. My friend and I added flashing around the fan housing to correct the situation.</p> <p>Tip: Tell them Up Front if you want the instructions/warranty or leftover items from the boxes that the fixtures come in, as well as your original fixtures.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p> <p>Clean up could have been better.</p> <br />"

"We purchased two ceiling fans/lights to provide air circulation and lighting in our formal living area as well as the den. Both of these rooms have vaulted ceiling w/exposed beams. There were no existing ceiling fixtures therefore no junction or ceiling boxes. Robert installed a new circuit breaker and ran the electrical wire from the breaker to the two rooms. He installed conduit/wire molding along the beams to enclose and hide the electrical wires and hung the two ceiling fans as well as installing double wall switches for each ceiling fan/light. He did an excellent job and was prompt and efficient. We will use his services again."

"I have a two story home and they hung a lot of lights. When I left that morning, they had about three people doing the work. They called throughout the winter and holiday season to ensure everything was okay. They asked if any bulbs needed replaced. If I did need bulbs replaced, they came out right away. They later removed all the lights and then cleaned the windows again. It was a little expensive but the price was competitive compared to others in the area. They were nice, professional, and responsive. I was pleased with the service."
