"Horrible experience. Botched job!! Day one after construction I asked someone to please come look at the job!! Steve blew me off until time to collect final payment. Then tried to tell me it was acceptable job. After two attempts to fix some of the issues. We felt defeated. Then Don Harr called , ask about how it went. He immediately came out to look, after looking the problem was reveled, First, the OSB board was installed wrong, which made everything not line up correctly. He also stated that he had recommended another installer to do our job, He admitting to the fact that Steve was too busy and changed what he had proposed for our job. At that point we threw our hand up ?? What were we to do tear it all off and start over ??? I was lead to believe that Steve was in charge, latter found out we should have called Don from day one. Don was the only truthful one if the bunch!! Even the Window and Gutter installer’s called Steve about the job after they saw the condition ."

"Worst contractor I've ever worked with. Almost nothing was completed or done correctly. The windows are the only thing that we are completely happy with. Permits were not properly pulled, no inspections were ever passed, siding & stone veneer was improperly installed, room addition was never completed, patio & pergola were never even started. Job was estimated to take a couple of months; finally fired Mark Spencer of Legacy Windows and Doors after 1 year of being lied to. He stole our money. He is a crook."

"Company backed out of a 100k house remodel. Upon inspection there were fire hazards, leaking pipes, windows that cannot be opened, support beams that are bowing in the middle, and drywall that shows every seam, screw, and putty mark. Many of the issues were corrected, but they backed out when the drywall was brought to attention. After paying 70K, still no kitchen, no floors, and unfinished electrical. Save yourself some heartache and money."

Nothing is more important to Final Touch Exteriors than trust. You hear too many horror stories of homeowners using contractors who are not as qualified to get the job done and tend to get a less quality result. At Final Touch Exteriors, we take it to our fullest potential to satisfy the homeowner and make everything right the first time. This helps avoid future headaches that could occur if the homeowner is uneducated on what products he or she may choose. Since there is no state license for most contractors in the industry there is a lack of knowledge on the products used in the field today. Annually our manufactures pay Final Touch Exteriors to visit their plants to gain perspective on what they make and what we are selling to the public. Also, during these plant tours they provide seminars on how to install their products to insure the most efficient way for the consumer.
