Taking on a yard that isn't a part of a new build or isn't hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of work is not appealing to most of these companies. They want to do the Parade of Homes yards. That's not my yard. We're a down to earth humble home that needed some professional TLC. They never over-quoted us in order to make it worth their while. They itemized their invoice and never misrepresent what the price is. They listened and gave excellent advice. If they wanted to meet our needs, they would find the best person to help us.
