"Armando contacted me very quickly and we set up a visit to my home for an estimate. He looked over the area needing repair, described what he would do clearly and concisely and provided an estimate. On the morning of the project, Armando stopped by early to let me know that his schedule had changed and asked if I would like him to start early. Very gratefully, I said yes. He and his team mate taped down covering all over the counters and even covered the kitchen cabinets. Considering the small size of my house and that cutting into walls is not a quiet task, throughout most of the three hours (less time than the original half a day estimated), I had no real disruption to my working.
