"The tech checked my siding (which the wind blow apart) and columns (which are crumbling apart).  I informed him that I realized that I could probably have the original company fix it because I found my warrenty.  His was not at all feeling like I wasted his time, actually he informed my on how the problems occurred and what/how to explain the problems to the companies.  He also left me with a comforting suggestion that if I needed to call him back about what to explain to the companies I could.  I spoke with the company for the siding and they fixed the problem free of charge.  Thx
