"Kim Poulin came out for the initial conversation to understand our project. Ron Poulin then came out for the technical and creative discussion. Ron is knowledgeable, detailed, and proud of his work. His work ethic is impeccable. He wants his customers to be happy and goes above and beyond to achieve that. The following are examples: 1. The gap between the door from the garage and the pavers was excessive so Ron put in a beautiful stone step to match at no additional cost because we had not discussed it. 2. We were away when they finished the project. When we returned we had a severe storm that washed away a lot of the fresh mulch. When he called to see how things were I mentioned this and he offered to replace the washed away mulch at no cost. Through the entire project he worked with us as far as scheduling and modifying our project. The crew and Ron arrived promptly every day and were there when I expected them to be. Communication is excellent via email or cell phone. The price for the work performed was very fair. I interviewed 3 companies, one was $6000 more and Picture Perfect and the other company were about equal. <br /> The sidewalks are truly beautiful and we just love the way everything looks. We so enjoyed working with Ron and the crew from Picture Perfect Landscaping that we would recommend them to anyone who asks. In fact the old pavers we removed in the back of our house are my neighbors' new patio, and Ron and crew installed them.
