"The salesman, Bill Percy, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the whole roofing process in detail. It sounded so good that we thought the price would be higher. But it ended up to be a very reasonable price for very high quality materials and work. All work was completed in one long day. Everyone was safe and professional. The yard looked spotless afterwards and the roof looks great. Another person came to inspect the next day, in case we had any problems or issues, which we did not. Would highly recommend this company."

"The installation process went as planned. After the insulation, I expected a follow up to see how things went. After all, that's what happened after they did my window installation. No follow up took place. I gave it a few weeks to see if they would call or come by to see. After waiting I placed a call to address my concerns. The roof installation went fine, but they left debris on the brand new windows they installed along with splashing some black substance on my siding. I guess they expected the rain to wash it all away. They also left large piece of wood in my drive way and nails in my driveway and around my house. I was assured that someone would call me back since the members of the team handling my account was in a meeting. It is now been a week and no call back. That must be a heck of a meeting."

"Keller and sons repair my roof about 14 months ago (great job) and I just recently had some wind damage to an area that was close to where they had been working but did not need replacing at the time, I contacted Keller and sons and informed them of my situation the next day I was contacted by both mike and dan Keller letting me know someone will be out the next day to make my repair NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!!! "Dylan the salesman arrived promptly, and was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. We scheduled the removal and replacement of the roof of our house and shed, including new flashing around the chimneys. The installation was scheduled in a timely manner. Kathy in the office was extremely nice and helpful too! The day of the installation the crew showed up on time promptly at 7am and got right to work. They put down protective drop cloths all around the perimeter of the house. We've never seen such a hardworking crew. Throughout the day the project managers checked in on the crew. The crew returned the following day and worked hard until they completed the job later that day. When they finished, they used a magnet sweeper all around the house to make sure they got all the nails, and cleaned up any debris that was left in the yard. When they were finished, you wouldn't have known they had been here! The dumpster was picked up promptly the next morning. The project managers Tim and Logan arrived the same morning that the dumpster was picked up to make sure everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction. Our roof looks excellent! We highly recommendation Alte Roofing to anyone considering a new roof, or any type of roof repair!"
