She was timely when she came for the estimate and the following week when she did the cleaning. She was honest about there being some challenges with one portion of the refrigerator. I wasn't completely satisfied with leaving that very, very small section as it was (security deposit was in the balance) and she worked even harder and tried other ways to make sure that it was fine. It worked! I found Lynn to be very pleasant, down to earth, honest, and conscientious about the work that she did."
