"They did a great job of cleaning the roof and applying the Gaco. They found some wet spots in the foam, cut it away and repaired the areas at no extra charge. They had done stucco work for me before and did a great job. In the future, I will call them again for roofing or stucco work. They do good quality work and are the best contractor to use for this kind of work. The reason I gave them a B rating rather than an A for the overall work, is because they could have done a better job of cleaning up and following up on details. For example, we agreed they would have our satellite TV working at the end of everyday when they had to move the dish to work under it. I had to call after the workers had left and had them come back to fix the dish. I had to call them several times to come back to clean up. They were always good about coming back, but I should not of had to call them. The foreman and project manager should of had the crew do these tasks without me pointing them out to them. Overall I was happy with the work and would hire them again."

"Norm and his team were one of the most excellent roofing/business experience I have encountered in a long time. Work and the personable attitude made such a difference! He restored my faith in the roofing business in Albuquerque ! I will definitely call on him again, great guy!"

"Shiloh Alvarado and Rocky Mountain Roofing Services replaced our old leaking tar and gravel roof with a new TPO membrane roof. Shiloh was prompt, polite, flexible and available. The work was done in a few days and we are very happy with the results. He even sent a heat-sensing drone up to check the area under the roof for hidden pockets of water. He explained everything carefully and provided us with where he sources his products. His workers were amiable and polite. I would recommend this company to anyone!"

"I needed some work and expanding on my driveway. SoDo was the best offer I found around my area for the work I needed done. The crew worked quickly and efficiently and I felt comfortable having them at the home. I need some roof repairs that will need to be done soon and I have already began inquiring with them about that job. I would recommend SoDo Construction"

"This was an awesome experience. I had received several quotes and Santos's estimate was honest and fair and there were no surprises. After the project was complete, the wind blew off the panel of my swamp cooler which in turn damaged several shingles and Santos came back and did the repair without hesitation and no charge. They showed up on time and the weather was getting cold and they worked long and hard to get the work done. The crew was very, very respectful of my property and I was impressed by the clean up effort. Went all along the perimeter of my home with a magnet to make sure no nails were left behind. They picked up and hauled off all the debris and trash and put everything back where it belonged. Santos followed up and walk through the project to ensure all my expectations were met. I have already recommended Mission Roofing to friends and colleagues and will continue to do so as this is a true professional."

"Excellent service. Great attention to detail. Easy to work with. Quality products."

"Excellent experience working with Mountainside. Owner Aldo was extremely responsive and his crews were hard-working and always punctual. Their workmanship was extremely well done. Brenda was exceptionally easy to work with for scheduling our jobs and in handling the payments. We were very pleased with Mountainside's work and we would not hesitate to give them our highest recommendation for anyone needing concrete or landscaping work."

"Rep. checked entire system. He found several wires not connected properly and fixed this. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

"Contractor keep appointment (even though there were 2 or 3 calls expressing confusion about time and day); installed the drywall and cleaned the area.   The drywall installation was not smooth and when textured looked amateurish at best.  Before I could paint I had to sand several areas and apply canned texture-not the most professional look but time was a factor.  the next time the wall is painted will require extensive prep work to make it look professional.
Good things: appointment keep; work was done as explained; no extra charges.
Not so good: Technician was not a drywall guy.
