"Highly recommend. 5 out of 5 stars. Douglas and his crew are my go-to for my home, my family, and my clients (I'm a real estate agent). His bids are super-competitive and he never goes over budget. His crew is very professional and hard working. One-stop crew for all your landscape and yard needs. He installed everything you see here in the photos at my house : (1) all paver stone patios in front, side, and back yards w/ drains (2) automatic sprinklers, drip irrigation, and sprinkler controller (3) Mowing strip (4) decorative landscape rock (5) split rail wood fence with metal posts and gate (6) wood fence with lattice, metal posts, and gates (7) 84 rose bushes (8) and more. I also had him landscape my rental property in a similar fashion. He maintains our yard weekly. He does work for my listings, clients, and family too."

"Grent and his crew did an amazing job. They were very professional and efficient. Polite and cooperative. We wanted a custom fence, and the only answer was I can do that. No argument, unlike other local companies who tried to talk us into something THEY wanted to build! My neighbors have told us how much they like our fence and one has already booked Rockin G for their fence. We now have a good looking, non-traditional fence that will be more wind tolerant than your average 6-foot tall all- wood fence. We love the result!"

"I?m very happy with the fence project. The work was done professionally, the fence looks great, and the quality of the materials and workmanship was excellent. The crew was respectful, reliable, and kept the work area clean throughout the project. Everything was completed as promised, and I?m very satisfied with the final result. I would definitely recommend custom Innovation to anyone looking for quality fence installation or repair"

"The fence project went very well. The two workers, Jesus and Lalo, arrived at the scheduled time, were professional explaining the steps to complete the project, completed what was needed in one day and cleaned up the work area. I felt the price was very reasonable and would hire this company again for any future fence projects."

"It went fine but fencing needed more support to it."

"I hired Troy because he had done work for me before and had been impressed with his skill level.  I knew this would be a difficult project, requiring a varied skill set which would include everything from framing to finish work.  This project had to be framed properly due to the complexity of the alignment of the angled soffit over the steam/shower room.

Troy first performed the complicated part of the demolition, knowing where to cut and where not to cut, as there were wires, pipes, and beams that could not be disturbed, and drywal that we did not want to disturb as to not have to redo unnecessary work later.

After it was all clean, he constructed a frame for the new shower.  Since the new steam system will be hidden above the shower stall, he had to construct a soffit to house the equipment, but the soffit had to be perfectly aligned with the shower stall walls, so that when we install the glass panes, everything will line up perfectly.  He anchored the shower stall walls all the way down to the concrete slab the is underneath the floor (this used to be an old garage), to give them strength, as well as the posts that support the beam.

He left the framing ready for the plumber and electrician to come in and do their jobs, and cleaned the jobsite impecably.
