"It went very well. Guy Reed was very professional and knowledgeable but that's only part of what I really appreciated about this experience. I did due diligence and made a few calls. I was very nervous about this situation and making the right choice. Guy was understanding and reassuring and came through on everything he promised. He also gave me a lot of insight and made recommendations about managing water and humidity in and around my property that I will be implementing. A+, Thanks Guy."

"I highly recommend Robert and his sons. They were extremely professional in getting my basement back to normal after severe water damage. They were timely and got the job done efficiently. Robert is great at communicating through phone/text and came back to my house to check on the progress every day for 5 straight days. Cost of job was very reasonable and they delivered on everything he promised. After they left, my basement looked as new as the day we moved into the house, completely dry, clean and smelled great.  Can't thank them enough for their excellent service.

"I am selling my home in Westchester NY and during the inspection process, it was discovered that there was mold in my attic. Obviously it needed to be removed at my expense. I initially called another company, one of those national franchise type remediation companies and I absolutely flipped out at their estimate and the scope of work they were proposing. A week in my house, we couldn't' sleep in our bedrooms etc. Thankfully my realtor remembered that she had worked with Frank, who is one of the owners of Eco Green Solutions, on another job. WELL the experience was amazing from beginning to end. Frank came the next day to assess the situation and provided a thorough and complete estimate by the next morning. He explained the mold remediation licensing process and all the other factors that are important in choosing a provider of this service. I called him on his cell phone with more questions, and he was patient and responsive. The office staff there was great in terms of scheduling and planning for the service date. And finally, once it came time to do the work, the 2 men who came to my house were courteous, professional and spotless. There is LITERALLLY no reason to call in any company besides Eco Green Solutions if you find yourself in need of mold removal."

"Bill is one gem of a person. He is prompt in returning your calls. He listens to what you need; takes time to explain things; never rushes; and never tries to sell you what you don't need. As an example, he told me that some of the areas I was asking him to clean could be cleaned cheaply by a maid service and I will save money! Or that cleaning of our hardwood will not get us much as it really needed a resanding. This is the second time we have hired Bill for carpet cleaning and I will definitely recommend him to any one without any reservations. We plan to continue working with him for as long as he stays in business."

"I had water leak damage at my rental property. Roger responded immediately to provide me with an estimate, and coordinated with my tenant for a rapid restoration of my damaged property. Although the work order ultimately had to be cancelled due to a medical emergency, I really appreciated Roger's work ethic, promptness, flexibility of phone/text hours, and his honesty. I would highly recommend Roger to others."

"It went great! This father and son team did everything we needed to get our place in tip top shape for our renters. We had a very varied list and they were will and able to perform all needed repairs. They charge by the hour and worked efficiently to get everything done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of handyman services."
