"LOVO promptly responded to my home to evaluate when my alarm system could be repaired at no cost. When we decided to replace the panel and keypad, we received a price quote within a day. We were given a tentative installation appointment pending receipt of our deposit and the two men reported at the appointed time. They worked diligently to retrofit the new panel and keypad to our existing wiring/motion detectors etc. When issues arose, they clearly communicated our options and proceeded accordingly. The men were extremely patient and did a fine job. We promptly received an invoice for the agreed upon price and a detailed email with all essential information regarding our system and the monitoring company."

"Rosemarie and her team did an incredible job transforming our backyard. Previously, we had issues with drainage and our yard was basically a muddy, unusable space. We had previously gotten estimates from other companies and were disappointed with the cookie cutter approach we received. By contrast, Rosemarie came out to visit us, patiently listened to what we were dealing with and what our goals were for the yard, and came up with a vision that exceeded our expectations. I could tell they were experienced based on the conversation prior to the install. I needed 8 recess lighting fixtures installed in my living room, along with a dimer switch. I was pleasantly satisfied with the work and the price. They charged me $975 and provided all materials needed. I would most likely rehire them for any additional projects I have and would highly recommend."

"Excellent! I can't say enough good things about this project. We live in a 1920 Dutch Colonial, our walkway was falling apart. Miguel gave us samples to look at that would match our front Brick porch. The brickyard he sent us to allowed us to bring samples home to compare. He ordered what we wanted and within 4 days began the project. He came early in the morning and stayed well into the evening and completed the job in 2 days from demolition and removal of the old walk to the installation of the new one. He seeded the lawn that edged it. We selected him because he a patio and driveway and walkway for our nextdoor neighbors. We've lived here since 1974 and people trust the contractors we use. We highly recommend him and we always like to hire local owner operated businesses. For an additional fee he planted 2 trees in the front of the house. We are very satisfied."

"Chris was very knowledgeable and professional. He installed 3 motion detectors, one of which was high up and replaced a broken circuit breaker. In addition he went up on my roof and banged in protruding nails that were holding up my gutters and reattached flashing that flew off during the last storm, all without any additional charge. From arranging all with Tom, to support staff in office and then the actual workers on-site, we just cannot say enough about each and everyone's work ethic. In this company everyone takes great pride in their jobs to ensure that their customer is completely satisfied. They were by far one of the best companies we have dealt with and the end product is beyond beautiful. Our project was installing a large paver patio with edging, rocks and bushes/plants around it.
