He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. After an agreement was confirmed, I was always notified with everything from the material drop off date and time to the actual installation date and any delays.. "They missed the start date for the project several times putting the projects months behind. He then admitted he underbid the job and needed to raise the price - which we did. They neglected to instal the roof vent for my range hood. After several calls and promises he would come out and fix they never did. I had to pay someone else to come out and do something I already paid for."

"Several years ago I used T&J Exteriors to replace 3 or 4 windows on a recently purchased home, so I contacted them again when I decided to replace the rest. My first experience was great; the owner met with me to determine what I needed and to answer questions. After the installation, he called to make sure I was happy with the product and service. My second experience was different; I had to leave a few messages before I heard back from the owner. He told me that he subcontracted out all his window jobs, saying someone would be out to measure. The man who did the measuring and the man who actually installed my windows were professional and competent, and I love the quality the windows. After the job was completed I did not contacted by the anyone to see if I was satisfied, but about a week later I got a call asking for payment. Maybe I am just old school but I believe spending more than $5,000 with a company entitles me to at least a "thank you for your business"."

"We had loose shingles on our roof after a storm in April. I went to Angie's List to find roofing contractors to replace our roof. <br /> I called Horizon Roofing and 3 other contractors based on the reviews that I read on Angie's List. Jason came right out and looked at my roof. He suggested that we contact our insurance agent to get an appraisal on the damage to see if our insurance would cover the cost of the roof. Jason very graciously came and covered the spot where our loose shingles were without charge. He also offered to come to my house when the adjuster came to look at the roof. Jason went up on the roof with the adjuster( during some of the hottest days we have had this summer) and went through all of his concerns on our behalf. In end our roof was covered, the crew came out, and we now have a BEAUTIFUL new roof! I am extremely pleased with everything they did. Even if we had not had insurance coverage, I would have been very pleased with the service and attention that we received."
