"Six windows ordered in wrong size; four windows not picked up; exterior doors were taken from my home approximately 45 miles away for resizing, brought back to my home; one door to the outside was not reinstalled for about three days later; so, I spent nights without a back door to the outside; rehung storm doors have cracks underneath where snakes, rats, lizards and other pests can come in to this date; I paid Jared Collins a total of $19,795 for incompetent, unreliability, dishonesty, and shoddy workmanship. I fired him after five months of negligence and shady behavior; canceled his services and requested a refund. He refused to give my money back. He told me he spent my money on paying his personal taxes and for running back and forth. He told me he was building his own house; working on his own house during the time he was to be working at my house; and went on vacation for a week. He has not given my money back and he stopped communicating with me after May 21, 2025."
